hmmmm.. mistakes, eh? i'm sure if you dig deep enough, mistakes are a facet of of not just everyday life, but within every moment.

for example, how we breath [in the US anyway] instead of breathing through the diaphragm, which causes the stomach to extend [lungs pushing down on it], we force our chest to go up instead due to the social confines that state what's natural is ugly and unacceptable. damn, my comment to your post is longer than the post itself :D how ya doing man?
